Fuel Delivery Policy

  • When you place your order, the amount you are charged includes the amount of gallons ordered at the listed rate, applicable taxes, and delivery.
  • When you place your order, you will be charged for the amount of gallons ordered at the listed rate including any applicable taxes, as well as a delivery fee of $XX.

If you need to cancel your order before your fuel is delivered, a processing fee may apply. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for more information.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you made an error while submitting a request for a fuel delivery, please call our office immediately at (XXX) XXX-XXXX to request a refund. All refunds will be issued back to your account within five business days.

  • Once a delivery driver is en route to your house, we cannot issue a refund.
  • Once a delivery is complete, we cannot issue a refund.
  • We cannot return or remove fuel once it has been delivered, and therefore we cannot issue a refund. If your tank does not accept all ordered gallons, you may be entitled to a refund or credit. Please call our office and speak with a customer service representative for details.

Once you submit your order, all sales are considered final and no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, you must call to speak with a customer service representative at (XXX) XXX-XXXX.

  • If you call our office to cancel a fuel delivery request within XX hours of the scheduled delivery, we will refund the purchase amount to your account, but a processing fee of $XX will be charged to your account.
  • We are unable to cancel an order within XX hours of the delivery period, unless unsafe conditions are preventing the delivery.
  • Once a delivery driver is en route to your residence, your order cannot be cancelled.
  • Any canceled orders, including unwanted multiple orders or withdrawn orders, will be assessed a mandatory $XX processing fee.
  • If a delivery driver is unable to fill your tank because conditions were present that prevented the driver from reaching the fill pipes (e.g., unsafe/inaccessible driveways, inability to locate fill pipes, safety considerations), you will be charged a $XX processing fee.

Propane Solutions Inc. will not be liable for and assumes no responsibility for any losses arising from or in connect with any errors or omissions with respect to payments processed by third-party payment processors any fees or charges imposed by third-party processors used to make and receive payments to Propane Solutions Inc.
